This set of models allows you to convert an OEM Xbox One or Series-style controller into a leverless fight stick. The overall dimensions are 406 mm x 190.5 mm x 42 mm. The buttons are spaced farther apart because I play video games on my couch and wanted a controller that lets my shoulders and arms relax in a natural resting position.

This is still very much a prototype, hence the name V0. While I have a few more tweaks planned, the first print turned out well enough that I’ve decided to stop for now.

The future version will likely include the following changes:

• 2 bottom covers instead of 3.
• Move the buttons further apart for better ergonomics.
• Tuck the system buttons into a corner for better aesthetics.
• Optimize the filament usage on the inside – i.e. remove unnecessary bumps.
• A USB charging port.

Hardware Requirements

• (1) Wireless Xbox controller (model number 1914 if you want the screenshot button, but 1697 and 1708 will function just as well)
• (5) Tactile buttons for system buttons (size 6 mm x 6 mm x 5 mm)
• (13) 24 mm round arcade buttons
• (1) 30 mm round arcade button
• (19) 4.2 mm x 10 mm M3 heat set inserts
• (19) 8 mm M3 screws

Print Settings

• 10% infill or higher
• No supports (make sure to orient the models in a way that there are no overhangs)
