I found the large studs from LEG0 to be impractical for actual use as a hanger.  This print is meant to fit outside the inner stud to allow a backpack or bag to be hung from the hook.

Printed in PETG with 50% infill, so far has stood up to my kids hanging their overladen backpacks.  The sudden overhang may or not print smoothly, depends on your overhang settings, but might be easier to just print with supports.
