Large spool gear with a TPU rim for python AMS (also compatible with the new Python V2)

Print the outer rim in TPU, the Inner large part in you hard plastic of choice, ABS,PLA,PETG etc
slip the outer TPU rim over the inner.
if you already have the Threaded rod there is no need to reprint that as all python version have the same rod.
NOTE the direction of the inner double helical gear, it only installs one way.

on my testing it made the gears on the Python AMS slightly quieter. 

you of course still need (or should) print the small drive-gear-threaded on the main python setup in TPU also.

10th January 2025 update
decreased size of outer rim by a fraction 1mm to make it slighly tighter fit

24th May 2025 

added an extra profile that is best printed on H2D, it may work on X1C if your using the AMS compatible TPU, however tested on H2D with TPU on right nozzle and ASA/PETG on left nozzle.

Change the inner to the filament your going to use eg PLA,PETG/ASA.. and the outer to TPU
there is a overlap built in to hold it all together

if ASA you need to set the temperature override option in Bambu Studio preference's - Remove the restriction on mixed printing of high and low temperature filaments

if your using heated enclosure ASA or PETG or even ABS is best.
if not heated PLA may be fine but check if your PLA & TPU bond well or not. The normal mulit part profiles i uploaded previously are fine for printers that cannot print ASA/TPU as the same time as the outer TPU rim is slightly smaller so fits snug and stays very secure.
