A simple tool designed to assist in pulling a thread, cord, or elastic through a narrow channel, such as a waistband, drawstring casing, or other enclosed fabric tunnels.

Prints in 10 minutes.

This version is 10mm wide, 2mm thick and 10cm long.

Groves at the front help gripping the needle through the fabric.

I made this quick and dirty using Fusion 360 to fix the trouser depicted here. The STEP file is provided.
