AGM-114 Hellfire Missile - Full size PROP — STL Grátis

Full size missile is approximately 5.3 ft long. Scale accordingly as desired.

Recommended print specs. For best results, sand all PTEG with 120 grit sandpaper, give it a couple coats of filler primer, sand more with 220 grit, and paint with your color of choice.

Note: if you plan on using this for anything other than display, I strongly suggest beefing up my recommendations.

Nose	Clear resin	After printing, sand with 600 grit sandpaper. Spray with gloss clear coat for the transparent effect. After assembling Seeker_Dish and Seeker_Main, glue this to Missile_1. This should be your last step.
Seeker_Dish	resin	Print the dish with supports on the convex side of the dish. The base of the dish is intended to be glued to Missile_1. Sand with 600 grit sandpaper and paint with primer and gold.
Seeker_Main	resin	Similar to Seeker_Dish, print oriented in such a way that supports are touching bottom areas that will not be seen. Sand, prime, and paint with a dark grey
Missile_1	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, normal supports
Missile_2	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, normal supports
Missile_3	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, no supports
Missile_4	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, no supports
Missile_5	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, no supports
Missile_6	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, no supports
Missile_7	PTEG	3 walls, 20% lightning infill, normal supports. This is the largest piece
Missile_8	PTEG	3 walls, 40% lightning infill, infill line multiplier: 2, normal supports. After post-processing, insert 10x3mm neodymium magnets into the 4 cavities that attach themselves to the 4x Guidance_Fin's.
Guidance_Fin	PTEG	Print 4x of these. After post-processing, insert a 10x3mm neodymium magnets into the cavity that comes in contact with Missile_8.
