INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Detach all of the pieces, some flush cutters will make this easier and give a better result
Step 2: Insert the spring latch into the body as shown below.
Step 3: Insert the shackle into the body.
Step 4: Add the top plate, and then your finished!
