Really didn't know what to call it.
This is a small tool that houses the Bambu replacement filament cutter and is quite helpful to remove supports or chisel away little bits of plastic for tolerances or cleaning up. Its perfect for working small imperfections out, you really have to try it out to know how well it works.
The blade snaps very snuggly in the cavity, however you should also use a small 2mm or 1.5mm screw to hold it in place more firmly.

Update: Screw hole has been fixed
The handle has been made like this for firm grip, practically eliminating any chances of slipping it from hand.
One side of the blade has been kept uncapped so that the tool can be get real close to target area, can work at low angles. Cap would cause extra bulk in front and blade will loose its reach.
These are not imperfections in model. The holes have been designed there to increase number of walls and make tool stronger at points it needs strength.
Assembly:
1.Place the cutter as shown in picture( Be cautious with sharp edge)

2. Tilt and push at the point marked with arrow below.

3. You will hear a snap.

4. Put in a small screw to be make it more secure.
