So, my first wedge which fit 2 in the bedplate of the P/X/A1, wasn't up to scratch, it didn't separate the slabs enough for the lift to comfortably fit, it also wasn't very good when pulling down as it had more torsion and it ender up pulling out instead of sliding in.

So I took the recommendations from my friend and changed the design enough to warrant a V2 badge, he's asked me for 8 of these, so I've been running through more filament in the last week than what I've done in the last month. Originally I had it 50mm wide, but I didn't like the fact that it was 332g of filament per piece, making it too close for comfort for getting 3 wedges per spool, so I reduced 2mm of it and it now weigh in at 321g which seems to me like a better margin of error.

It's still a very niche design, but it may also work for carpenters or metal workers.

BTW, since it's a big print and it's pointy, I added a bunch of mouse ears, I sill got detachment so I applied magnets to the brim and the prints have been coming out great. Also, it prints without supports, and the lower bridges aren't perfect, but it does the job and it really isn't that important functionally and aesthetically, plus I don't want to waste more filament and/or time supporting a non functional surface.
