Love those awesome toolboxes on Uncle Jessy's YouTube channel? I did too! But they weren't available in my area. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed this fully printable version. It features integrated Gridfinity plates for ultimate organization, and the snap-fit design makes assembly a breeze (no glue required!). Use your AMS to print the custom Gridfinity logo I designed in a contrasting color for an extra pop.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: Standard PLA (I used Deplee Black and AOSEED Yellow)
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 12% Crosshatch
• Supports: No support is needed.
• Orientation: The parts on the print plates are in the proper print orientation.
• The parts are designed with a tight snap-fit to keep them together without glue. If the fit is too tight, you may need to adjust your printer's tolerances.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Assemble the Base: Slide the front top part of the base into the main base until it is securely connected.
2. Attach the Lid: Snap the lid onto the assembled base.
3. Attach Drawer Handles:
   • Slide a drawer handle into the designated slot on the front of the top drawer.
   • Slide a drawer handle into the designated slot on the front of the bottom drawer.
4. Insert the Drawers:
   • Slide the top drawer into its designated slot in the base.
   • Slide the bottom drawer into its designated slot in the base.

Organizing with Gridfinity Bins:

This storage system is compatible with Gridfinity organization. Each drawer has a 3x5 unit grid.

• Bottom Drawer: Can accommodate Gridfinity bins with a height of up to 4 units (approximately 28 mm).
• Top Drawer: Can accommodate Gridfinity bins with a height of up to 2 units (approximately 14 mm).
• Under-Lid Storage: The space under the lid can accommodate Gridfinity bins up to 4 units high (approximately 28 mm).

Select the desired Gridfinity bins and place them within the drawers and under the lid as needed.
