Following up on my release of trays for the Sequre ES126 and ES666 electric precision screwdrivers, I present a tray for the ever-popular Miniware ES15S screwdriver.

NOTE: The ES15 (non-S) and ES121 predecessors might also be compatible, but I don't have either to test with.

I'm a bit of a screwdriver collector (hoarder?), of both full size and precision sets. I have a number of rechargeable electric precision screwdrivers, including the Miniware ES15S.

The ES15S comes in a cardboard box with foam inserts for the bits, but that isn't very handy for quick workbench access. So I designed these trays to hold the screwdriver along with up to 39 4mm bits. Each tray also includes four (4) individual parts trays to keep up with screws and other small parts during disassembly.

The uploaded profile includes painted logo and screwdriver model number, but if you don't have an AMS or just don't want to bother with multicolor, you can erase the painting in Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer before you print.

I printed in PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height with ironing enabled. You can disable ironing for quicker print times if you don't care as much for the smoother appearance.

Note that the bit holders might be slightly oversized for your bits. I have a lot of 4mm bit sets, ranging in size from 3.85mm to 3.97mm. Hopefully this covers the majority of 4mm bits on the market, but just be aware that if you drop or flip over the tray, your bits will most likely spill out -- there's no easy way with rigid plastic to make a universal bit holder that will fit all sizes snugly but not too snugly. TPU might be an option, but I haven't tried it with these trays. If someone wants to try TPU and report back or upload a TPU profile, that would be great.
