Someone asked me to make a Creeper Lamp for their kid, and I liked the result so much I decided to share it.

General Information

• Compatibility: Designed for EU lamps, but adapter rings are included to fit UK lamps as well.
• Dimensions: Approximately 200mm x 200mm x 200mm.

Printing Instructions

• Infill: Print all parts with 100% infill for strength.
• Supports: The bottom frame requires supports—hybrid tree supports work best.
• Plates:
  • There are two print profiles
  • If you have an AMS (Automatic Material System) you can print the normal print profile.
  • Without an AMS You can print the none AMS profile and glue the black parts to the face panel.

Assembly Instructions

• Push Fit: All parts are designed to push-fit together. If using an AMS, no glue is required.
• Optional Glue: You can use superglue along panel edges to reduce light bleed (though this is minimal).
• Optional Top Panel: If you want you can also print an extra side panel and rest or glue this on the top for extra effect.

Frames:

• The top and bottom frames have two slightly shorter channels—use these for the front and back sides to improve aesthetics and support optional gluing.
• If you want to use the lamp as a ceiling pendant, swap the bottom frame with the top one and use glue for extra security.
