For Crochet blocking board for blocking out granny squares, Afghan squares and other small knits like hats, booties, etc.

You print out the board and pins independently, both in upright position.

The board size is 175 x 175 mm edge to edge, consisting of 64 holes for pins arranged in 8x8 equidistant, square layout. The rod part of the pins are 50 mm in length.

The photo shows a 5 x 5 inch granny square (130 x 130 mm), but can be used sizes up 6.5 x 6.5 inch (170 x 17 mm).

The board size is 175x175mm with 64 equally spaced holes. The pin holes are 12mmx12mm at the surface tapering to 10mmx10mm at the bottom end.

The equal spacing was calculated by fusion360 using the rectangular pattern tool and works out at 21.9mm between the centre-point of each adjacent hole.

I have added the f3d file which includes the timeline so you can tweak if needed. There are some user parameters set which should make changing the size easier. For example I found that changing the boardSize to 220mm and pegNr to 10 works quite well, giving you 100 pegs to work with.
