This download has 4 different sizes of the muscle scaping tool. Three of which are different sizes (length and width), and the fourth is the same size as the ‘normal’ size, but its thicker. I'd recommend printing one, and if you'd like to change the size, simply scale it in X, Y, or Z within your slicer.

I'd recommend printing at 0.1mm layer heights so that you can make the edge as smooth as possible since this is what is rubbed on your skin/muscles.
