Table Saw Featherboard

A durable featherboard designed to provide consistent side pressure against the workpiece, helping improve cut accuracy while reducing the likelihood of kickback during rip cuts and other table saw operations.

The featherboard is quick to install and is secured using two M6 hold-down knobs and bolts. A matching printable hold-down knob is available on my MakerWorld profile.

Printing & Fit

Depending on your table saw and how close your cuts are to the blade, you may find it beneficial to scale the model up by 5–10% to provide additional clearance.

For best results, print in a durable material such as PETG or Nylon with sufficient walls.

Always ensure the featherboard is securely fastened before use and positioned so it applies pressure to the workpiece without interfering with the blade.

Depending on your saw it can help to scale the model 5-10% larger if you do cuts very close to the blade.
