Need to wash a lot of Bottles? When brewing beer at home, you need to wash the bottles fast and get them dry. Use this bottlewasher model, easy to print, easy to assamble. All you need in addition is a pump, 24 screws with nuts and some glue.

Additionally you need to print the bottlerack at least once or some more if you want to let more bottles dry.

Use a watertight box, fill until the pump is fully submerged and use a dedicated bottle cleaning liquid for used beerbottles. You need Water at around 60-70 degrees centigrade so you need to print it with a good quality PETG. I had no problem with the esun PETG.

It works also without the 4 feet, but it‘s alot easier to handle with them i think.

And 24 M4 countersunk screws with nuts.

Assembly Guide:

• Put the two halfs together, the only way they fit.
• Fill the nut-Holes with nuts and press it fully in.
• Put all the screws in.
• Check if the holes of the 9 Nozzles are all good printed and you can blow easily air through it, otherwise use a drill to widen the holes a bit.
• Glue the Nozzles on the fitting holes.
• Use one of the pump adapter and screw the pump in. (For the pump above you need the oneside-threaded adapter)
• Put on the 4 feet.
• Put it in the water until the pump fully submerged, put on the bottle-rack with 9 bottles and give some power.

It is the version 1.0, because to let it dry afterwards you need to deassembly the 24 screws, which is a bit time consuming. Also the pump is so strong, the some water will spill through some parts of the washer. Maybe I can use some TPU part to stop that from happening and get even more power into the bottles.
