Perfect as a Christmas stocking filler, let your child create their own Erupting Volcano with this realistic model.

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 2 teaspoons washing up liquid
• Orange or Red food colouring

For the eruption:

1. In one cup, mix together the vinegar and food colouring
2. In a separate cup, mix together the bicarb, washing up liquid and water
3. Pour 1 cup into the volcano
4. Finally, pour the second cup into the volcano to start the eruption!

You can then wash the model up to be used another time.
