Quarter inch (¼") bit chaos driving you bonkers? Look no further. Although this is one part of a multi-component organizational series, it is a stand alone unit. (Torque Limiter Tray can be found HERE / Hex Driver Tray can be found HERE)

This is a 3x2 Gridfinity format organization tray to help keep those unruly ¼" hex bits at bay. While a core focus was to have an available slot for every possible Wera bit available, there were some liberties taken with the Phillips and Flat Head tiers. It is tiered and staggered (where possible) for easy access and identification of the bit you are trying to locate. Additionally, there are cutouts for the insertion of 6x2mm Neodymium Magnets for each slot to help with retention (x58 magnets in total).

• Top Teir slots (SAE hex) = x13
• 4th Tier slots (Metric hex) = x11
• 3rd Tier slots (Torx) = x17
• 2nd Tier slots (Flat) = x9
• Bottom Teir slots (Phillips) = x8

NOTE 1: There are approximately 4 or 5 pauses to allow for the insertion of the magnets.  (If there is enough request for the model without magnets, I will modify and release that version).

NOTE 2: Most of the bits will remain if you flip over the tray; however, some of the larger weight bits may decide to not hang around.

NOTE 3: The layer height is set to 0.16 and the main profile is for PETG-CF, so it prints slow. If you are using different filament, you could print with a different speed and infill.

NOTE 4: The top of each shelf is a separate part or object, so you are able to change the color if you prefer to do so.
