1- No matter what The Top cover and Base need to be printed with 0.2mm layer height and 0.4 line width. It is designed to be printed with this configuration. Other configurations might end up with stuck strings.

The print for the base and top will take around 16 hours Profile showing estimation for optional parts as well.

2- The TPU gasket is optional, but I strongly recommend printing it if you have a slippery surface. Since your knives will rest on the block, the gasket provides an additional layer of safety and grip.

3- The drip tray and base with holes are also optional. If you want a drying feature for your knives, this version will suit your needs.
