Winch for RC vehicles, most of the parts are 3D printed, reduction gears, torque limiter, hook, etc.

Outer dimensions are WxHxD = 70x38x35mm, with the 4 M3x6mm screw heads adding a few mm to the height.

Uses a 130 motor, and you can get a standard JST connector through the hole on the back for easy assembly.

Add some grease only to the gears to reduce noise and friction, try to avoid getting grease on the torque limiter.

You need to be carefull when you align the gears to the 130 motor and the top 2mm dowel to make everything fit and run smoothly/as intended.

You'll need one 25mm 2mm dowel and one 65mm 2mm dowel.

I've added pictures that I hope are enough to assembly it, if not please let me know and I'll add further instructions.

Uses same principle as lid to mount to RC vehicle, i.e. holes in the winch are made for M3 screws that will thread into the plastic, so use a 3.5mm hole for the RC vehicle at the right locations and M3 screws that will cut into the winch housing mounting positions.
