Modelo 3D Chef Button por R en MakerWorld

Descripción

Well for years I'd been printing and using this model for my buttons:
Go show him some love I have printed literally hundreds of these over the years, brilliant design.

But I finally decided to stop mooching off others and design my own button
There is virtually no difference between my design and Henri1's very little can be optimized without affecting the fit, and it already prints pretty good.

So I've included a few plates here for different amounts including a plate with 12 buttons for the p1s that prints each button one at a time which tends to increase the layer adhesion and making a stronger often neater looking button, otherwise I've got plates for 10, 20, 40, 80, and full plate of 167 buttons if you're feeling brave (the most I've ever printed was 100 buttons on an old Anet A8 and Printrbot which to anyone new is basically just an ender3 sized machine) print that at your own risk because 167 items on ANY printer is just begging for a failure

you can print these in whatever, but personally I'd stick to PLA these buttons can and will break no matter what they're printed in due to the orientation of the print so just print them in PLA it'll be quicker, and they'll look significantly better than any other material.
despite that fact that these will break, it is still a cheaper alternative (if you have access to a printer) than purchasing injection moulded buttons which will also break fairly easily

A note on hygiene:
Due to the nature of printing any prints will have cracks that can hold bacteria which isn't ideal in food service
But printed in black the only people who notice these people who also print and I haven't come across any of them in my time in the kitchen

In any case, these are on your person.
My food safety training says there isn't anything wrong with this. And I would gladly argue the point to any food safety officer, but in 6(ish) years of using printed buttons in the kitchen it's never once come up.

Enjoy!
