TARS- Interstellar: Print-in-place

UPDATE:

• New TARS- Interstellar: Stand. Under 25 min print!
• Now including KIPP and CASE versions!
  • Both versions have their text extruded for multi-color compatibility
• v1.1 now has stronger interior supports for better reliability.

About:

• Created in Fusion 360
• Printed on Creality Ender 3/Prusa Mk3s, A1
• Print 1x TARS Body
• Print 4x TARS Panel

Printing:

• Printed with no supports
• Layer height of .2mm
• No brim (One might be necessary, though)
• 15% Adaptive Cubic infill

Assembly:

• Rotating all 4 sections of TARS' Body will free them
• Super Glue the 4x TARS Panel into the grooves
  • Notice that the TARS Panel is not square, so the longer side should be glued vertically to the TARS Body

Other:

• If something does not work right, and I'll fix it ASAP
• Please let me know if you feel the tolerances are too loose/tight!
