Modelo 3D Tool Tray drawer insert for A1 Riser por Nduanetesh no MakerWorld

Descrição

This is a drawer insert that organizes the tools and supplies that come with a Bambu A1, designed to fit in a front drawer of the “A1 Riser Drawer” by fay3dlab (link below). The internal layout is taken from the “A1 Toolbox” by martonlengyel.design (link below. Many thanks for their gracious permission to use the layout!)

I wanted to keep the tools that came with my A1 nicely organized, and it made sense to keep them in a drawer of the A1 Riser, which was my first big print project. The A1 Toolbox had the perfect layout, but it didn't seem to make sense to keep a closed toolbox in a drawer in the riser. So, I adapted the tool layout into a drawer insert for the A1 riser that stacks on top of a trio of lower inserts which can hold hotends and/or loose parts.

The lower inserts are adapted from the inserts included with the A1 Riser project. They are required to go in the bottom of the drawer because the drawer bottom is rounded in all the corners, with a larger curve in the corner closest to the center of the riser. The lower inserts are rounded to match, while the tool organizer insert is not. (Make sure to install the lower inserts with the larger curve in the right orientation.) I adjusted the heights on the inserts so they are all even, to create a “flat” bottom for the tool insert to rest on. All of the lower inserts have the same dimensions, so they can be freely swapped. So if you need more room for hotends, or don't need the hotend tray at all, clone or delete them in the slicer as needed. The default profile includes two “empty” inserts and one that holds four hotends.

The upper insert, the tool organizer, holds all of the A1 tools, lubricants, extra screws, and replacement parts that come in the tools and parts box with the A1. I've included the lids and latches that martonlengyel.design created for their A1 Toolbox, which do a great job of containing the tiny bags of screws. The default print profile includes a version of the insert for the left drawer or the right drawer. The drawer pull isn't centered on the A1 Riser drawer, so the right side insert won't fit in the left drawer, and vice versa. The build plates are labeled, so print the one you want. Supports are not needed. The compartment lids and latches are included on a separate build plate. If you need tips on assembling the latches, check out the info at the A1 Toolbox link below.

I printed all of the parts in PLA with 0.16mm layer height, which takes a while, but I like the fine quality.
