绕线器 (https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/411814、[https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/459917](https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/459917)) 中的滑块可以在蜗杆的整个长度上往复运动。但是在使用类似于1/3宽度料盘 (https://makerworld.com/en/models/727503) 或 1/2宽度料盘 (https://makerworld.com/en/models/727526) 的窄料盘绕线时,当滑块超出料盘宽度时,线材就无法顺利绕到料盘上。
为此,我设计了这个限位器,仅需不到 1g 材料就可以打印出一对,而不必重新设计和打印整个蜗杆。
- 这个设计带有三种公差选择 (0, 0.05mm. 0.1mm),请根据你的蜗杆上槽的实际宽度测试。安装到槽中不要太松。
- 由于限位器尺寸较小,容易折坏,所以建议使用PETG打印,以提高机械强度,并且建议一次多打几个备用。
- 我尝试过不加支撑直接打印,虽然头部有些下垂,但打印出的零件可以正常使用。

Worm Travel Limiter for Cell Spool Winder
This limiter is designed for Cell Spool Winder (https://makerworld.com/en/models/561571 , [https://makerworld.com/en/models/604481](https://makerworld.com/en/models/604481)) where the slider moves back and forth along the whole worm. When using narrow spools like 1/3 or 1/2 Modular Filament Spool Subdivider (https://makerworld.com/en/models/727503, [https://makerworld.com/en/models/727526](https://makerworld.com/en/models/727526)), the filament can't wind properly if the slider moves beyond the spool width.
I designed this limiter to solve this problem. A pair of limiters needs less than 1g of filament to print, and you don't need to redesign and print the whole worm.
- Three tolerance options (0, 0.05mm, 0.1mm) are provided, and please test which fits best with your worm groove. It shouldn't be too loose after installation.
- Due to the small size and risk of breaking, PETG is recommended for better strength. It's good to print extra pieces as backup.
- I tried printing without supports, though the top has some sagging, the parts still work fine.
