This tool is used in robot inspection before an FTC event. It determines if the robot signs satisfy the following rules.

• R401 B. minimally be 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) wide
• R401 C. minimally be 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) tall
• R403 A. numbers (e.g., 1,2,3,4) nominally 2 inches (5.1 cm) tall
• R403 B. must be a minimum of 1/4” inches (6.4 mm) of background surrounding the numbers

The robot inspector can place the tool over the robot signs and quickly determine if the robot signs are legal. If they are not the tool shows the team where the sign is deficient.
