软管流量调节器/Hose flow regulator

找遍全网没有能快速调节大管径软管的流量调节器，自己画了一个，适配12mm±3的软管，方便握持在手中，快速准确地控制抽水的流量，快捷准确地吸鱼粪鱼屎，同时很好的避免吸鱼等情况。

公差已经标定好，除了软性材料都能适配。

需要其他管径可以自己调比例。打印滚轮建议立着打印，文件里平躺打印需要支撑，且用pla容易断裂
