Key Components:

  • Adapter: The included adapter ensures a secure press fit between the disc and the hour ring of the clock mechanism. The adapter has an outer diameter of 20 mm and an inner diameter of 5.7 mm for a snug fit.
  • Weighting Option: For enhanced stability, you can optionally add M6 nuts to each corner. To accommodate this, insert a pause in the printing process at layer 36 (7.2 mm).
  • Anti-Slip Feature: Consider printing rubber pads using TPU to prevent the mechanism from slipping in your vehicle.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Place the clock mechanism into the bottom part and secure it with screw.
  2. Glue the adapter to the rotary disc, then press fit it onto the hour ring of the clock mechanism.
  3. Attach the top part to the bottom part using glue.
  4. (Optional) Glue the rubber pads in place for added grip.
