Cyberpunk Alien Mask

1. Design Overview

This unique mask blends cyberpunk aesthetics with subtle feminine features, striking a balance between cuteness and coolness. The facial design incorporates modular stitch-like lines, creating a smooth yet high-tech and mysterious look—both captivating and futuristic.

2. Eye Design

The eyes are printed as separate parts, with small ventilation holes to ensure clear vision when worn. Recommended filament colors for printing include classic black, metallic gray, or fluorescent PLA:

• Black: Resembles a traditional alien appearance
• Metallic Gray: Enhances the high-tech vibe
• Fluorescent Colors: Eye-catching and glow under UV, great for night events

• Mask size: Width 15.7 cm × Height 23.5 cm
• Can be scaled as needed

4. Printing Guidelines

Orientation & Printer Compatibility

• A1 mini optimized orientation: Designed to avoid using supports on the top of the head and significantly reduce forehead layer lines. A small inner top area (~3×3 cm) may have slightly reduced surface quality, but it is not visible from the outside. Maintain the default recommended print speed.
• A1 / P1 / X1 optimized configuration: Uses a more vertical orientation relative to the print bed, making it easier to achieve good results.

Environment & Equipment Suggestions

• Keep ambient temperature at 20–25°C (or higher) to prevent shrinkage due to thin wall structure, especially in winter
• Place the printer on a stable surface to avoid vibration during tall prints
• Lubricate the Z-axis before printing to ensure smooth high-layer movement and avoid print failure

Material Recommendations

5. Assembly Instructions

• After printing, lightly sand or file the edges of the eye parts for a better fit, particularly the sections that were connected to support structures.
• Use a small flat file to clean up the eye socket groove, especially support marks inside
• Avoid filing the outer surface of the mask to preserve its smooth, glossy finish
• The new snap-fit eye design allows for easy installation and color changes without glue

• The elastic band of a  protective mask can be used to secure the alien mask
