The tower is made in two pieces so that it fits within the printing volume of the X1C. A connector has been added to the tower so that when joining it it is perfect. At the junction of the tower with the Nacelle the connector has been made round, leaving it up to you whether you want to stick and leave it immobile or whether it can rotate. The blades have been made separate from the hub so as not to have to put supports and, in theory, they have enough margin for them to fit well, although it depends on how you configure the seam, you may have to go over it a little with sandpaper, I only had to sand a little one of them.

The union of the hub with the Nacelle has been designed to fit under pressure, allowing the blades to rotate. At this point it is convenient to sand the base of the hub a little if you notice that it rubs something, here simply sand a little to allow a slightly smoother movement.

NOTE: you will see that in the Nacelle, on the side there is a piece of paper. It's because there I have personalized it with a name. In the design file I did not want to include the textbox because you can also place it in the base. so I leave it to your discretion whether or not you want to customize.

NOTE-2: The file is designed to print the base with gray PLA in one go, but in the end the requester brought me a methacrylate base machined by him and it is the one he has on. But in the file you can put the color you want in the base, since base and aero are designed for different colors.

La torre está hecha en dos piezas para que entre dentro del volumen de impresion de la X1C. Se ha añadido un conector en la torre para que al unirla quede perfecta. En la union de la torre con la Nacelle el conector se ha puesto redondo, dejando a voluntad si quiere pegarse y dejarla inmovil o bien que pueda rotar. las palas se han hecho separadas del buje para no tener que poner soportes y, en teoria tienen margen suficiente para que encajen bien, aunque depende de como configures la costura puede que haya que repasar un poquito con lija, yo tuve que lijar un poco unicamente una de ellas.

la union del buje con la Nacelle se ha pensado para que encaje a presion permitiendo el giro de las palas. en este punto resulta conveniente lijar un poco la base del buje si notas que roza algo, aqui simplemente lije un poco para permitir un movimiento un poco mas suave.

NOTA: verás que en la Nacelle, en el lateral está puesto un papel. Es porque ahi he personalizado con un nombre. en el archivo del diseño no he querido incluir el textbox porque puedes colocarlo tambien en la base. asi que dejo a criterio si se quiere o no personalizar.

NOTA-2: El archivo está pensado para imprimir de un tiron la base con PLA gris, pero al final el solicitante me trajo una peana de metaacrilato mecanizada por él y es la que tiene puesta. Pero en el archivo puedes poner el color que quieras en la base, ya que base y aero estan pensados para color diferente.
