This is a very capable and powerful model rocket based around 1" schedule 20 PVC pipe that is easy to print and assemble.

Parts Needed:

1 40 cm 1" Schedule 20 PVC Pipe

1 Nose Cone (0.2mm, 10%, 2 walls)

1 Fin Can (0.2mm, 25%, 3 walls)

1 E12 or D12 motor holder (0.2mm, 25%, 3 walls, use PETG or high temp filament if available)

1 Motor Holder Cap (0.2mm, 25%, 2 walls, use PETG or high temp filament if available)

1 M3 Insert and Bolt (attaching shock cord to nose cone) (optional)

Tools:

Hacksaw (to cut pipe)

Super Glue (to glue fin can, shock cord, and motor holder.

The motor retaining cap may get melted or burnt after each launch, it is recommended to print several in case they burn up.

I've built and launched 3 of these rockets and they track very straight during flight and can survive some rough landings.
