Case for Raspberry Pi 4 & 5

Following a user comment, I have adapted the case. The RJ45 connection is now on the left-hand side.

I have also slightly enlarged the opening for the SD card to make it easier to access.

In addition to the Raspy I have converted to M.2 NVME SSD.

I also use the ICE Tower from GeeekPi

With these two components all necessary mounting materials are included 😉
 

Additionally you need: see BOM below or following

Brace Spacer M2,5

M2.5 screws

Threaded Brass Heat-Insert Nut

Then the assembly starts → Raspberry Pi 4
 

Please take your time and be patient - the assembly is demanding ❗

Threaded Brass Heat-Insert Groove (12x) welded into the case:

Threaded Brass Heat-Insert Groove (4x) welded into the cover on the right and fan installation (optional):

Screw on M.2 NVME kit with Brace Spacer:

Also screw on the Raspberry Pi with Brace Spacer and attach the ICE Tower:

Now just connect the fans to the Raspy and screw on the side panels:
