Parametric coin sorter

Use the print profiles or the Parametric Model Maker.
Stack from smallest hole at the bottom to largest hole at the top.

You can write the coin size on the side or add text before slicing in Bambu Studio.
In Bambu studio this is done by selecting the model - clicking the “Ta”(text) symbol at the top - configuring text size, font, thickness and depth in the popup window - click the model where the text should be.

Changing parameters like model size and coin size can be done with Bambu Lab's Parametric Model Maker. 
The dimensions of the model are determined as follows:

• Height of the model: Thickness + Wall Height + Stacking Wall Height
• Width of the model: Outer Diameter + Lip Thickness

The settings are as follows:

1/2. Coin Sorter Dimensions(and Amount of Coins Sorted)

• Adjust with "1. Outer Diameter" and "2. Inner Diameter" settings.
• Recommendation: Keep the Outer Diameter at least 2mm larger than the Inner Diameter for proper wall generation.

3. Wall Height(and Amount of Coins Sorted)

• Changed with "3. Wall Height" setting.
• Determines the number of coins that can fit vertically.

4. Base Thickness

• Adjusted with "4. Thickness" setting.
• Changes the thickness of the base containing the coin holes.

5. Lip Thickness

• Controlled by "5. Lip Thickness" setting.
• Affects the thickness of the lip extending outward from the top of the walls making it stronger/weaker.

6. Stacking Wall Height

• Set with "6. Stacking Wall Height".
• Adjusts the height of the wall for stacking multiple sorters securely.

7. Coin Diameter

• Defined by "7. Coin Diameter".
• Set this to match the diameter of the coins you want to catch.
• Recommendation: Keep the Coin Diameter at least .4mm larger than the actual coin diameter so the coins don't get caught in the holes.

8. Hole Spacing

• Modified with "8. Hole Spacing".
• Changes the spacing between the coin holes in the base.

To make a lid set “3. Wall height”, "5. Lip Thickness", “7. Coin Diameter” and “8. Hole spacing” to 0
To make a bottom set "5. Lip Thickness", “7. Coin Diameter” and “8. Hole spacing” to 0
