Description
I've designed a fully articulated android bot with updated eyes inspired by the Android statues at Google's campus. This model features posable arms, a rotating head, and attachable antennas. I suggest printing the lower tolerance profile first, I had trouble with off brand and silk filaments in the ball joint getting stuck in the arms. The lower tolerance does mean the arms are looser and don't pose as well.
Assembly:
1. Insert the round cylinder into the body of the bot (it's intentionally a tight fit, you may need to angle it slightly).
2. Push the cylinder into place using a hard surface.
3. Insert the bot head on the cylinder.
4. Push the head fully into place on a hard surface (Use a towel or something in between the bot head and surface to prevent scuffs).
5. Gently move the arms until the ball joint has free rotation
6. Attach the antenna clips to the head
