Steam Engine Model Kit

Requires assembly , all screws can be 3d printed and are included in model

Please add your own supports on the parts that require it

Assembly instructions: 

1. Attastch the main cylinder to the base with the 4 m8 screws

2. Add the other half of the base 

3, Add the slider plate if needed( recoomended only if base was printed in two pieces)  and the slider joint

4.Add the slider covers with the short screws

5.Assembly the bearings and place them on the base

5.Tighten the 4 screws for the bearings ( here the GIF was too large to be uploaded)

6. Add the side shaft with the cam and security pins attatched

7. Insert the long screws into the rod

8. It should look like this

9. Add the rod 

10. Add the last tiny shaft

10. Add the excentric with its thinner security pin ( gif too large to be uploaded)

11. Add the excentric clamps with the same screws as the sliders were mounted ( this time use nuts) 

12. Add the rod to the excentric clamps with two screws 

13. Insert security pins to the slider

14. Insert security steam rod to the swithcer

15. Insert security pins to the steam rod

16. Attatch the flywheel

17. Attatch the side cylinder cap

18. Attatch the rod to the piston and slider

19. Insert the inner cylider

19. Attatch the cap of the cylinder and the screws for the base to cylinder ( 2 screws near the slider)

20. Attatch the cap of the steam box ( no photos)
