This is my design of a magnetic quick release, for each two 6 x 3mm neodymium magnets are needed. (4 magnets in total)

My original version had one round magnet which allowed rotation, this connector design has two fixed directions for that there are two files for 0 and 90 degree.

The magnets are put inside the parts mid print, for that the print is paused at the start of layer 18.

It is recommended to print the magnets in the front quarter of the print bed so that you can easily reach the print when the bed is still up.

Keep in mind that you pace the attracting sides of the magnets facing down in the cutouts.

The print profile includes two parts for each angle. Just remove the two you don't need.

The dimensions:

• Width: 15mm
• Depth: 10mm
• Length: 2*13mm = 26mm
• Hole diameter: 5mm
