一个方便的砂纸架，适合使用25mm宽的砂纸卷，比其他砂纸架不同的是，这个工具内部可以放置大约1米长的砂纸卷（不同目数的不同品牌的砂纸厚度不一样，会影响这个长度），表面的砂纸损耗完后，可以很方便的从内部抽出一截新的，撕掉用过的。安装新的砂纸卷也很便捷。

这个砂纸架表面有三个圆角可以用来打磨零件的圆滑部分，分别为1.5mm,3mm,5mm。

需要用到一套M5*10的螺栓，可以长一点，不可以更短。也尝试过使用3D打印的螺丝，但是寿命太短，拧几次后就滑丝了，所以还是改用了五金件。螺母的厚度不能超过3mm，对边距8mm（太小则螺母不能紧固的嵌套但还是可以使用，太大则无法使用）。

螺母嵌套处的公差留得较小，目的是为了嵌套紧固，安装螺母时需要用点力气，可以借助螺丝拧紧的力强行卡进去。

连接盖子和底座的转轴使用直径1.75mm的打印耗材。

建议使用手拎螺丝。

A set of M5*10 bolts is required, which can be longer or shorter. I also tried to use 3D printed screws, but the life was too short, and the thread slipped after a few twists, so I still used hardware instead. The thickness of the nut should not exceed 3mm, and the margin should be 8mm (if it is too small, the nut cannot be tightened but can still be used, and if it is too large, it cannot be used).

The tolerance of the nesting part of the nut is left small, and the purpose is to tighten the nesting, and it takes a little force to install the nut, which can be forcibly snapped in with the help of the force of the screw tightening.

The hinge that connects the lid to the base uses a 1.75mm diameter printing filament.

It is recommended to use hand screws.
