It fits the Polymaker PolyLite and PolyTerra rolls. I have not tried any other brand so far.

In the pictures you can see that it has holes to put the end of the filament through. And on the opposite side you have a cutout for the notch on the bambu spool. The pictures together with the assembly guide below should give a good description on how to assemble it all.

NOTE! This adapter fits SNUG! You will have to apply a bit of force to press it in.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

• Start by carefully tearing of the side of the polymaker-roll that has the end-filament closest to it.
• Press in the adapter almost all the way, leave maybe around 4-6mm sticking out.
• Take the end filament and carefully thread it through one of the small holes and give it a little tug, and at the same time press the adapter further down to the bottom.
• Cut the leftover filament flush against the inside of the adapter.
• Attach the side of the bamburoll that does NOT have the notch on it.
• Turn the roll around and attach the other side of the bambu-roll.
• If it doesnt snap into place you just need to spin the filament around so that the bambu-rolls align with one another. Then you can snap them into place (dont forget the small 3d-printed lock to secure the roll from opening).
