Nintendo NES Cartridge Frame

Compatible with Nintendo NES Game Cartridges.

Description

This frame is divided in two parts (top and bottom), you can join them with 8 magnets (6x3 cilinder)

On the back there is an opening to insert the cartridge.

To block the cartridge in place there is a door which is held in place by 4 printed screws.

The hexagonal holes on the door are used to fit the stand and put frame on a shelf or table.

On the back there is also a little hole for hanging the frame on the wall.

In front part you can glue a nameplate with NES logo and 2 customizable text lines.
I have customized this lines with game name (on the first line) and publisher + european release date on the second line.
Text can be customized in bambu studio, in object list part (see instructions below).

There are 3 different “Top” plate. Choose the one do you prefer. Only one of these need to be printed!

For a premium look can complete the frame with a 15 cm x 20cm acrylic sheet (see Amazon link below)

Print Documentation

Bottom Plate

• Support needed for screw gear hole, i already set manual support in my print profile (I suggest not changing this setting)
• There is a change at layer color, you can change color in bambu studio

Top Plates (Normal or Modern or Classic)

• Support needed if you mantain the object orientation (i already set manual support in default print profile)
• If you prefer to rotate object (to have plate texture on front frame) support are not required

Nameplate Plate

• Customize text lines in bambu studio object list section

Select the line you want to customize:

Press Text button

Change Text and setting as you prefer

Screw Plate

• 0.08 layer height
• Decreased speed for better quality

To complete the frame can use this parts:

• 6x3 cilinder magnet

• 15 cm x 20 cm acrylic sheet
