A Tangram is a classic Chinese puzzle consisting of seven flat shapes, called tans, that are put together to form various shapes. The seven tans are:

• 5 isosceles right triangles (2 small, 1 medium, 2 large)
• 1 square
• 1 parallelogram

How to Play:

1. Gather your tangram pieces. Make sure you have all seven pieces and that they are intact.
2. Choose a shape. You can find thousands of tangram shapes online or in tangram books. Start with simple shapes and gradually progress to more complex ones.
3. Arrange the pieces. Experiment with different arrangements of the pieces until you have formed the desired shape. Remember, all seven pieces must be used, and they must not overlap.
4. Check your work. Once you think you have solved the puzzle, double-check that all pieces are used and that they fit together perfectly.
