3D Printable Coat / Clothes Hanger - Stackable — STL Grátis

This is my Coat/Clothes Hanger entry to the Hangers Contest! Introducing the 3D-printed Coat Hanger!

I spent a few days designing this in SolidWorks and optimizing it to fit on a 256mm Build Plate for Bambu Machines.

Crafted to optimize space, it features a front hook that allows multiple hangers to be stacked vertically, making it ideal for compact storage or transport. The hanger also includes five strategically placed middle slots along its body, enabling the user to hang additional hangers beneath it, accommodating up to five hangers on one. This feature is perfect for organizing outfits or maximizing closet space and allows the user to stack as many hangers as necessary.

For added versatility, the hanger incorporates small hooks along the shoulders, specifically designed to hold garment straps securely, preventing items from slipping off. Despite its robust design, the hanger is lightweight, requiring only ~28.5 grams of filament. A single M3x6mm screw is used to secure the hook mechanism, and the stacker attachment is printed vertically ensuring strength along layer lines. This innovative hanger design combines practicality with thoughtful engineering, making it a valuable addition to any wardrobe organization system.

Although PLA may work for a bit, I recommend PETG for longevity. Both Profiles have PLA by default.

I've included two print profiles; One with and one without the front hook. The M3x6 Screw is only required for the Front Hook.

Assembly:

Simply screw in the M3x6mm hex cap screw into the back of the coat-hanger and into the back of the Stacker Attachment. The Stacker has a protrusion that prevents it from spinning in place.
