When buying a MTG bundle we used to get a small cardboard insert, which was perfect for storing a commander deck, tokens and life counter. Two of those inserts in a bundle box was a perfect way to transport your commander decks.

Wizards decided not to include these boxes anymore. Printer to the rescue :)
