A combination Knitting counter and stitch marker! The tool is used in place of a regular stitch marker at the end of your row. Then for each new row, you slip the marker to the next hole, allowing you to easily keep track of your row count, without having to stop knitting.

There are two designs. One with round holes and one with hexagon shaped holes. Choose whichever design you prefer.
