Print in PETG for optimal layer bonding, with 100% infill. Has been running like that for months on my personal machine without any strength issues.
The hole on top can left open with the pressure of the screw having enough clamping pressure. Whilst I use threaded inserts for extra rigidity for screwing into the base plate of your hotend.
