Descrição
a really strong heavy duty hook. here the description of the hook from thingiverse
The biggest, baddest hooks! 300 lb tested. about 5.5 inches (14 cm) tall, and stick about 2.75 inches (7 cm) out from the wall. Compatible with standard drywall or decking screws. I know the pictures don't have the scale above 250 lbs, but my test rig broke before I could take a proper picture. (I should invest in a come-along...)
None of the hundreds of hooks I found on thingiverse were designed with strength in mind, most seem to have sharp corners and lots of weak points. I wanted something I could just as easily use for hanging hammocks as well as simple coats and purses.
The screws are spaced far apart to maximize pullout strength, in case you have to screw these into weaker materials such as drywall.
The "FDM Reinforced" models have a sub-millimeter wide cut following the upper edges of the hooks to force slicers to add more walls there.
Print with at least 3 walls for 0.4 nozzle and 25% infill. Cubic was used for the test, but I'm unsure what the strongest infill is.
The lower hook of the "Super Heavy Duty FDM Reinforced" print was tested to break above 300 lbs using cheap zyltech pla, but the upper hook should hold more than that.
