Overview

This is an adjustable MagSafe arm with the following features:

• Simplicity & convenience of MagSafe
• Quick, precise, and secure adjustments (Using TPU + inherent Poisson effect)
• Convenient cable routing (built into arm)
• Wobble-free design (stiffened arm pieces)

Hardware

You will need the following hardware to assemble the model:

• x1 - MagSafe magnet ring
  • I removed the magnets from this ring, but any magnets with OD < 55mm, ID > 46.5mm, and thickness < 2mm should work. Please leave a like and let me know if you would like a variation for other magnets, and I can make it available.
• x1- M3x8mm socket head cap screw
• x1 - M3x6.4 heat set insert (McMaster-Carr)
• If using original mounting plate: x4 - 4mm OD screws

Note: these are not reflected in the Bill of Materials section as MakerWorld required that I add MakerSupply parts, which are not needed.

Printing

Use the included print profile for best results. Print O-Rings out of TPU, the rest can be any durable material like PETG and ABS/ASA. 0.12mm layer height recommended. >3 walls and >15% gyroid infill recommended for structural parts.
