Dies ist ein Remix der “Ultimate Filament Sample Spool” von @Lopatka (Printables), den ich erstellt habe, um die bereits sehr gute Spule besser an meine bedürfnisse anzupassen.

Die original Spule ist bereits sehr stabil und hat gute möglichkeiten die Filamentenden zu fixieren.

Ich habe das Loch in der Mitte ein wenig vergrößert, um die Spule auch mit dem AMS lite verwenden zu können. Außerdem habe ich ich an einer Seite ein Feld hinzugefügt, auf dem ein Etikett angebracht werden kann.

Dafür nutze ich die 48,5 x 25,4 mm Etiketten von Printation. Diese kann man auf Amazon kaufen.

Bei der Materialwahl für die Spule sollte bedacht werden, welches Material hinterher auf der Spule aufbewahrt wird und dass dieses eventuell auch getrocknet wird. Wenn die Spule also beispielsweise für PLA verwendet wird, ist es kein Problem diese auch aus PLA zu drucken. Wird jedoch die Spule für PETG verwendet, ist aber aus PLA gedruckt, kann das Filament auf der Spule nicht getrocknet werden.

This is a remix of the “Ultimate Filament Sample Spool” by @Lopatka (Printables), which I created to better suit my needs.

The original spool is already very stable and has good options for securing the filament ends.

I enlarged the hole in the middle a bit to be able to use the spool with the AMS lite. Additionally, I added a field on one side where a label can be attached.

For this, I use the 48.5 x 25.4 mm labels from Printation. These can be purchased on Amazon.

When choosing the material for the spool, it should be considered what material will be stored on the spool and that it may also be dried.

For example, if the spool is used for PLA, it is no problem to print it from PLA. However, if the spool is used for PETG but printed from PLA, the filament cannot be dried on the spool.
