This is the R1; someone complains about being tight. The one I printed was snug. I then decided to add 0.60mm on X and Y.
It doesn't need to be tight or even snug.
Also, use quality filament and make sure it's dry (30% max)
There's another Sig P-365 speed loader, but nothing like mine. My design is much more ergonomic and perfect like me… Not. I did design that a few years ago and printed it on Raise 3D, and what a better-looking one from the Bambu Lab printer. It's unbelievable. It worked before; it was strung and last but has that 3D print look. I have an excellent resin printer with a molded-like part, but it's PLA, and I'm an ABS guy ;-) ABS-like resin is not FDM ABS.
Anyway, to be back on this print. If you think you need a speed loader, it's because you need one. You can get a molded for about $20 at the store, but it's a rip-off, and where is the fun? Download it and print it. You will be pleased you did it in a little over an hour. And you have to spend a considerable $0.65…
As usual, I printed it in ABS. Yes, PETg could do better -CF, too, and PLA is for the guy waiting for the flash.
Sig P-365 speed loader (9mm double stack).
