When we model, we often need to build rotatable structures, such as car wheels, movable joints, and so on. For beginners in 3D printing, designing a perfectly coordinated rotating connection structure requires multiple rounds of debugging, and each time it needs to be re modeled, which is a very painful process.
Using this model as a Boolean tool can significantly reduce modeling time and can be reused without worrying about tolerance fit issues.
This file contains two objects, one is a plug used for linking, as shown in the following figure:

Another object (shown in the figure below) is used to punch holes in the model. In Bambu Studio, it is used to perform Boolean difference set operations with the target object to achieve punching:

Pay attention to the depth of drilling, aligning the surface with the waistline in the middle (as shown in the following figure)

Using the same method, drill holes on another object.
Finally, use object 1 to link the two perforated objects.
No need for any size compensation, it can rotate very smoothly.
