This drawer can be mounted on the bottom of any surface and provides a simple storage solution. The drawer with the hole in the back can be used to store calipers because they are too long for the box. The rails are mounted to the desk with 3 screws (about 3mm in diameter) each. It's easier if one rail is screwed on first and then you put in the drawer to estimate the distance of the other rail.
