FYI… the luggage being lifted is 48lbs, working load force was 12lbs tested with a digital gauge.

Bill of Materials:

• Stainless M4 x 50mm (x2)
• Stainless M4 Nuts (x2)
• Stainless 5/16" or M8 x 60mm Hex Bolt (x1)
• Stainless M8 Nut (x1) and Washers (x2)
• 608RS Bearing (x2) (https://a.co/d/ftNG3Js)

I prefer all stainless parts because I am using this on my sailboat, however use whatever you like at your own risk!

PA6-CF would be best choice to print for strength and elements protections.

My prototypes were made out of ABS (parts in blue) and TPU 95A (green)… they are pretty damn strong!
