UPDATE January 1st 2024- Added 2 styles of internal trays. Both styles of tray can be placed in either the bottom or top. One is a full length tray and the other a half length tray.

UPDATE December 27th 2023-Added a lockable version. It will accept up to a 6mm diameter lock shackle. I've also added hole plugs if you want to make your case tamper proof if you need to lock it. They are press fit and there are two sizes. The larger size is for the handle access holes and the rest are the same size.

I've also added a total internal volume template step file for folks that want to design their own internal requirements for the case, ie, trays, tool moulds etc. The template has a 0.4mm clearance all round and is the total volume, ie, internally from the bottom of the case to the very top of the underside of the lid. To exclude the lid volume in your designs, just subtract 17mm from the template, this will make it flush with the top of the bottom of the case:)

Lockable rugged tactical utility case that is dust proof and water resistant when used with the seal.

External dimensions are: L190mmxW185mmxH72.5mm without the lid.

Internal dimensions are: L168mmxW132mmxH69mm without the lid.

Overall height with lid is: H92.5mm

You will require 8 M3x25mm fasteners, they all screw into the plastic.

There are tool access holes for the handle fasteners just below the clip fasteners of the case.

I recommend you print the clips with PETG@100% infill.

You must use the TPU seal if you require your case to be water resistant and dust proof. Print the seal with 2 perimeters and 0% infill, this is important because you want your seal to be squishy for a good seal and also for your lid to close properly. When placing into the groove of the bottom of the case, make sure the flat part of the seal is facing up towards the lid.

Alternatively you can purchase 3mm round foam seal from most hardware stores and cut to length and superglue in the groove provided.

No supports are required.
